Before using the Platform, please carefully read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately stop using the Platform.
STUDYPAL is an online learning management system that provides users with course learning, educational resources, online training, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.
3.1 When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information.
3.3 You may not transfer your account to any third party.

4.2 You are prohibited from uploading, publishing, or disseminating any illegal, infringing, false, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
4.3 You are prohibited from interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform.
4.4 You are prohibited from unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or related systems.
5.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, trademarks, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any content on the Platform.
5.3 For content you upload to the Platform, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content.
6.1 Course prices are as displayed on the Platform, and we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
6.2 All payments are processed through third-party payment platforms, and we do not store your complete payment information.
6.3 Upon completion of payment, you will gain access to the corresponding course.
6.4 If payment fails due to technical issues, please contact customer service for assistance.
7.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
7.2 No refunds will be provided for courses where more than 50% of the content has been completed.
7.3 No refunds will be provided if services are terminated due to violation of these Terms.
7.4 Refund requests must be submitted through customer service channels, and we will process them within 15 business days.
7.5 Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
8.1 The Platform is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee the continuity, accuracy, or completeness of the services.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
8.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant services.

9.2 We only collect and use personal information necessary to provide our services.
9.3 Without your consent, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by laws and regulations.

10.2 You may also stop using the Platform and cancel your account at any time.
10.3 After service termination, you will no longer have access to your account and related content.
11.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
11.2 If any dispute arises between the parties regarding these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation.
11.3 If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of the Company.
11.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
12.2 Modified Terms will be published on the Platform, and the modified Terms will take effect from the date of publication.
12.3 If you do not agree with the modified Terms, please stop using the Platform.
